    I really enjoy not being humiliated by having to publicly be around other people while I’m trying to grow and make my body better!
    I also really enjoy the 24/7 connectivity with my Certified Personal Trainer and can be accessed all by my phone at anytime!

    I really dislike the cardio the least mainly because I do not like having to get up to make myself run!

    On a scale of 1-4 I would pick a 4! I know that no matter where I was before I started with Joshua is that he always asked questions and helped to design a Personalized Personal Training Program to my specific wants and needs! That to me was very nice and releiving because all the stress is gone and I am being guided by a great Coach and Personal Trainer!

    ***4) Which areas if weren’t do you feel needed more emphasis? Are you satisfied with the method of instruction and the knowledge of your Certified Personal Trainer?

    Joshua helped me with my goals and my wants for me to better my life and my body! I am very satisfied with the outcome and I know that he has a wide and very helpful base of knowledge in the health, fitness and even personal training aspect of keeping me constantly on my toes and motivated throughout the days of training! Even though we are not in the same room!

    I am very satisfied with my Certified Personal Trainer, Joshua, and really enjoy his coaching style and motivation he gives me and sends me via our training app through our Personalized Personal Training Programs!

    I just want you to know, Joshua, that I really appreciate all the time and effort you truly put into me and my body even when we didn’t even know each other before I found your website and your Personalized Personal Training Program!

    I enjoy that Joshua is very intimate with his clients, because I’ve worked with Joshua for quite some time now!
    I enjoy how Joshua really makes the health and fitness aspect of things so easy, outgoing and just simply fun and enjoyiable!

    Honestly I’m not too sure what I like the least unless it is the whole program hahaha all jokes aside nah I guess if I had to pick and choose something I would go with.. Portion control and watching my calories for my daily energy needs and not exceed them so the program will work most effectively!

    With a scale of 1 through 4 I would have to pick a 4! You are excellent and such a great mentor!
    You sir, Joshua, are such a genuine and magnifiscent person, coach, and trainer!
    I am so blessed to be able to say that I was trained by you, Joshua, and you not only gave me what I wanted but you gave me what I needed and more!

    I love all the new information, skills, tips, and internal morale / inspiration I never knew I could have again!
    You have helped me to lose 35+ lbs and I’m not done losing the fat!
    I am just gaining more muscle and losing more fat!
    I am starting to love my life and body once again and I am so happy!

    People say money can’t buy happiness; I say that’s a lie!
    You can buy your life back, because once you learn what someone else can teach you to better yourself than the sky is the limit and nothing is unreachable!
    It just took a lot for me to finally find that out for myself and have confidence to believe it..

    I am very satisfied with my Certified Personal Trainer, Joshua!
    I love how the Personalized Personal Training Program is so convenient through a mobile App and can be accessed anywhere and I can send in progress photos and stay up to date with constant tweaking of my program via just PM via the Trainer App and I love it all!

    The variety and I really feel like it challenges me!

    I’ve never been the biggest fan of cardio, but it is a necessary evil!
